"Excellent care"

1. I was seen at 15. 15

2. I was treated with kindness and respect

3. The doctor/consultant who examined me did so with professionalism and did not patronise me but explained in medical terms what he considered to be the issue

4. Informed me of "next steps"

5. I was shown to a recovery area (after receiving a core biopsy) to ensure my well being for 15 mins.

This can only be described as excellent care and I would be obliged if this appreciation could be communicated to the team concerned
