(as the patient),

I have an excellent GP. He has dealt with my mental illness with understanding and kindness. He seems to genuinely care, unlike some I have encountered in the past, and he goes beyond his regular duties to make sure I am alright (phone calls, chasing things up on my behalf etc). This has made a huge difference in my recovery.
