"A&E care"

Even though the person who took my call for an ambulance said there may be quite a wait the ambulance arrived within the hour. The 2 paramedics onboard the ambulance treated my wife with sympathy and respect. Hers was a slightly complex problem in that she had fractured a bone in the upper arm , the problem compounded by the fact that she has suffered with MS for the past 30 years

The A&E department treated her efficiently and speedily

Two x-rays were taken. She saw the same doctor twice once prior and once post x-rays, and we were headed home within 3 hours of our arrival

Unfortunately, due to her MS we have been to a number of hospitals throughout Europe and we have never been treated as speedily and efficiently as in Barnet

Well done to all concerned
