What I liked

The coronary care nurses were excellent. They made me realise their work is a vocation, not just a job. They made me feel safe, cared for, respected and involved in my treatment. They were totally professional yet made me feel I was personally important to them. I can't praise them highly enough.

What could be improved

Everything seems to progress at a slow pace - I expect that is due to resources more than anything else.

Anything else?

I was also on ward A3 and the care I received there was also excellent. The nurses were friendly, caring and very professional. My opinion of the NHS has gone up immensely.
