The care my grandad recieved was absolutly phenominal, the staff were absolutly amazing, my grandad went in to hospital the end of july, he was cared for with so much repect and dignity, the staff were so caring towards him and he loved the care they gave him, he always said they treat him like a king due to him being 100! Sadly in august my grandad took a turn for the worst and the doctors and nurses stated that he was now at the end of his life, the staff were fantastic and moved my grandad to a side room for privacy, they always kept us aware of what was going on and informed us with all care decisions, the staff were polite and friendly to all of us and at times they were around 16 of us there, they constantly reasured us, always asking if there is anything we need! And just generally very comforting, my grandad sadley passed away on ward 29 LRI surrounded by his loving family and doting care staff, a massive thank you to you all as we couldnt have done a better job our selfs, staff on ward 29 is what caring is all about you all should be very proud of yourselfs!
Thank you again
Hubbard family
