"Still waiting"

My partner is still waiting for a follow up appointment despite 4 months of phoning the hospital asking for an urgent appointment. An appointment at kings was attended in June but He still not hasbeen given an appointment to discuss the results. This has left himwith months of worry and stress which is affecting his health and well being. Surely when you are in the care of the hospital these things should be important.
