"Disgusted"

I visited the chidrens A&E department with my daughter inlae and her daughter, who had fallen over and cut her head, the floor was covered in puddles of water left by other patients.

The little girl was een after about 1 hour, luckly we had stemed the bleeding so there was no mess and she was happy to play.

After she had been glued back together we waited almost 2 hours to be discharged, i really do not understand why we had to wait so long. could she not have been discharged at time of treatment instead of waiting almost 2 hours to be old you can go home now.
