"Follow Up Appointment ENT"

I attended ENT clinic in july and had a MRI scan a month later. i am finding it extremely frustrating that i have not had a follow up appointment .

I contacted my consultants secretary who was unable to help with this enquiry, they referred me to the contact centre. They also could not say when i would be seen. I have contacted them on three seperate occassions to be told yet again they cannot confirm a date !

This is extremely frustrating . I worked in the NHS as nurse for 38yrs[ 20yrs in this trust) so i do have a good insight to the service and the problems that may occur.

Very dissapointed .
