I received a letter saying I did not attend clinic. I was not aware an appointment had been made.

The consultant did not go through my ultrasound which I read was abnormal.

The medication I was on was not suitable for me, it gave me more problems than sorted them.

Dear Anonymous – I was sorry to learn of your poor experience of the Urology Service at Southmead Hospital. Unfortunately I cannot comment on your treatment, but I sincerely hope that the clinical team are able to address your problems and that you find some effective treatment and relief from your symptoms soon.
