Lack of seating in A&E Dept means being seated next to youngsters & vulnerable elderly people having to stand - yet there's plenty room for extra seating - where is it?
Not great when your here with your nearest and dearest trying to comfort them whilst some youngster doesn't have the decency to respect they're elders and offer them what little seating there is.
The saving grace was a wonderful nurse who was simply lovely to my wife and their genuine empathy and understanding made her feel much better about her situation.
