People write and complain I am sure but I have to write and tell you how very impressed I was with our treatment today.

My son Dexter Doyle came in after being hit on the head at school yesterday .

we were seen by very Professional staff, they treated us really well and were the nicest and most polite and caring people I have seen in hospital for years the triage nurse and doctor were equally great staff members. The hospital was 100x cleaner and everything looked better run.

In the past I have been given computer print outs and felt like I knew more than the doctors who were having to look up what was wrong with my children. The drinks machines worked..the staff all had matching uniform I cannot tell you the huge improvement, and would be happy to come back here. It was one of my least favourite hospitals before ...but now would rate it above chelsea westminster.It has had the most improvement I have ever seen and wanted to write and tell you. I asked the staff about the improvement and it's apparently run by a different trust ..it's just so much better delighted thank you
