"No answer at Ealing Outpatients"

Received a letter asking me to attend an appointment I couldn't make. Tried for two days to reach the appointment number on the letter - the phone would ring for 10 + minutes each time but no one would answer.

On the third day, was finally connected to someone who was incredibly rude, and offered me an appointment for more than three months later than the original appointment.

Next time I won't bother.
