It's been 5 months since I gave birth to my baby but there is still something bothering me. I gave birth at late evening and the next morning, while I was still in the hospital,I was reading my documents regarding delivery. I remember in one of the documents I found note :" fetal wellbeing compromised". I asked midwife what does it mean- they didn't know the details of my delivery. When I was discharged from the hospital, when I came back home I could find this document. All I could find about delivery in the notes was;" no complications"
Until today I am wondering what happened with that note or with document. Who changed it and why? I don't know where to turn with my doubts, who is filling those king of documents- is it a doctor or midwife? I don't even know the surname of doctor who delivered my baby- there was no information in purple notes.
I wish someone explained me whether there was some complication at my birth, and whether disappeared note means that somebody is trying to hide something?
"missing document"
