I was admitted to Ward F6 unexpectedly on Saturday 5th Sept 2015 and stayed for 4 days.
From the moment I arrived until departure every member of the F6 team day and night treated me with care, attention and respect.
They are all a credit to the west Suffolk hospital and the NHS.
Food choices and quality of food was very good and the cleanliness of the ward and facilities was excellent.
It was a busy ward, but with a well planned and practised routine the day's activities were well executed by all.
They didn't forget for a minute who the patients are and despite how busy they clearly were, always had time for a pleasant hello, how are you, is everything ok, can we get you anything...that's all anyone wants really, other than to be better of course!
I was pleased to be made pain free and have a swift diagnosis that was clearly explained by the Dr.
Thank you to all, I appreciate the care I received and that I saw you give to others.
