"lovely clean and friendly, shame about the rip..."

About: Hereford County Hospital

Our first visit and we were very impressed with the whole package.Friendly staff, clean and welcoming and our appointment was bang on time. Liked the refreshments area. It was all let down somewhat by the disgraceful rip off parking charges. They were more than Solihull hospital and I'd hate to be a regular visitor, I'd need a mortgage to pay the fees.

On behalf of the Wye Valley NHS Trust thank you for your comments with reference to your recent visit to the County Hospital.

We are pleased that the care and treatment you received was of a high standard, unfortunately the car park is run by a private car parking firm and we have no control over the charges at this time.

If you are in receipt of any Income related benefits there are concessions available.
