staff where very friendly and help put me at ease,

Staff are all very relaxed and happy.

Endoscopy recovery staff where fabulous, very reassuring and professional.

Dear oneeyedog,

Thanks for taking the time to get in touch.

We know that attending hospital for investigations can be a stressful and anxious time. The staff in the Endoscopy Unit try really hard to make sure patients are as calm and relaxed as possible before, during and after their procedure; Senior Charge Nurse Barbour and the team will be delighted to hear they provided an “excellent service”.
