"hard working staff"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

i brought my 5 year old daughter to the hospital suspecting she had a broken arm, even though the A&E was packed she was seen straight away and taken in for xrays. unfortunatly she did have a broken arm and it was the most traumatic day of our lives but all the nurses and doctors that cared for her were amazing and really put us at ease. my daughter loved her nurses and now wants to be a nurse when she grows up. her arm is all better now thanks to all the after care she received from the hospital, i couldnt be more thankful to everyone.

Thank you, Michelle, for your kind comments about you and your daughter’s experience of our Emergency Department. We understand how worrying it can be to bring a loved one into hospital, especially when they are so young, so it is reassuring to know that the staff taking care of your daughter were able to put you both at ease.

It’s great to hear your daughter has made a full recovery. We have passed your thanks and positive feedback onto the matron and lead nurse in our A&E Department.
