We attended with our baby girl when we couldn't get an emergency appointment with the GP. She had a bad cold which appeared to be on her chest and we were concerned about how long it was taking to get better. The staff were very helpful and at no point made us feel like we were time wasting. We were seen my staff in A&E, Children's A&E and PAU, and all were very attentive and took our concerns seriously. My little girl was completely at ease with all of them because they were so good with her, and this made the whole experience much easier on all of us. We went in very frustrated with the lack of care offered by our GP Practice and left very reassured that our little girl was ok. Wouldn't hesitate to use this service again.
