"A&E care"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

My sister (Mrs Kelly) has had a mild stroke in the pass and has been attending her GP having her Blood Pressure checked as it fluctuates a lot. On Saturday 5/09/15 her BP was extremely high and she had a headache so we contacted the out of hours doctor who made an appointment for her to be seen by a doctor in St Marks (Care UK) where she was seen very promptly and was referred to A&E again she was seen by a doctor within 10 minutes and she had an ECG and blood test then seen by an SHO who was extremely patient with my sister as they could see she was very anxious. The SHO dealt with her in such away that she felt calmed and reassured. I was very impressed with all the staff that we came in contact with in the A&E department the doctor was extremely accommodating and professional. To the A&E staff I would like to say thank you all so much and keep up the good work.
