The receptionist and the consultant whose name I've forgotten who I saw at the evening Glaucoma Clinic 3 were polite, friendly and professional.
However I was not impressed at all with the 'selective perception' attitude at the degrading fields department.

I am sorry to hear you had what sounds like a less than satisfactory experience during your fields tests.
I have forwarded your comments to the department manager and obviously we would like to address your concerns but would require a few more details. If you would like us to look into this further, please contact our patient advice and liaison service (PALS) via pals@moorfields.nhs.uk. and they will be able to look into what happened.
