"Excellent caring medical staff"

I have just been to the minor injuries unit of Watford Hospital and couldn't have asked for better treatment. I only waited a short while to see the doctor who then very efficiently and compassionately investigated my injury. They even stayed after their shift to wait for my blood results and I was sent away with a diagnosis of the problem and instructions for my aftercare. I was apprehensive of what the service would be like as the media gives such bad press to the NHS, but top marks for custom service at Watford.

Only one small gripe, probably not under the hospital's control, ridiculous parking system, how do you estimate how long you are going robe before your visit. Had to come out and buy a new ticket, can only be seen as a money making exercise and hardly suitable for anyone less mobile.
