What I liked

the nurses, doctors, and aneastetists were all fantastic. couldnt have asked for more. Especially the staff on ward 7 who were cheerfull, chatty and friendly. If i needed to have a another operation, i wouldnt hesitate to come to blackpool victoria hospital

What could be improved

didnt like the fact that in pre-op you have to sit in the waiting room with a threatre gown on, found it all a bit embarrassing. would prefer to put it on just before going into threatre if possible.
