"Un helpfull nurse"

About: East Surrey Hospital

I have been admitted in the hospital for last one week .had a very good experience as all the staff were very helpfull on the last in the ward I had this awful experience with nurse who started their shift around 7 pm .

They went around asking patients name in a rude manner 'what is your name'

No please dont do this and that they were running the shift as a prison officer not as a nurse .i always have a cup of tea in morning 6am it helps with my pain I asked for a cup of tea answer I got back was after I finish my work

Dear Anonymous,

Thank you to alerting us to how you felt you were treated by one of our nurses. Whilst it is good to hear that you found nearly all our staff helpful, I would like to look into the issues with one of our nurses. To do this I will need further details so could you please email me Victoria.Daley@sash.nhs.uk

Many thanks

Victoria Daley

Deputy Chief Nurse
