What I liked
As an o/p, I was treated with little respect, the staff (nursing aux) could not understand or assist me with my worries over my treatment.
I felt that was just another 'bit of meat' and when I refused to have a blood pressure test, the aux was adamant I have one.... I threaten too walk out, at this point the staff backed down...
If you don't like it... say it... it's your body
What could be improved
staff / patient relationship
Communications, when I asked why she need a blood test as well, she just said we do ?
