What I liked

i was on ward 3 for my operation and i found the staff to be helpful and considerate. The only person that i didn't find helpful or considerate to mine or my familys feelings was a nurse who i thought was rude and on leaving the hospital found out that my visitors felt the same way. I think that the whole of the staff that i had dealings with during my short stay have been let down by their rude and abrupt manner. But a big thank you to all the staff on ward 3 who made my stay very comfortable : )
