I recently had a bilateral hip replacement operation and had the good fortune to have it at Perth Royal Infirmary.
From the start of my journey through the various departments in the hospital, finally recovering in Ward 8, I encountered numerous staff along the way (you know who you are! ), who gave me a 5 star exemplary service.
I was truly humbled by the expertise, dedicated professional care, respect, kindness, and compassion I received along the way by all of the staff I encountered. Their encouragement and good humour, made my experience very positive, giving me the strength and determination to recover quickly and go home within the week.
I was hugely impressed by the competence of the staff, their meticulous attention to detail, clockwork efficiency, and tireless dedication.
This was a life changing operation for me and I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me, to get me back on my feet.
You make the NHS worth fighting for at all costs. Keep up the excellent work!
