"thoroughly impressed with the ambulance transport service"

(as the patient),

I wanted to let you know I was thoroughly, thoroughly impressed with the ambulance transport service that collected me from my home for my hydrotherapy treatment at the BRI.

I used the transport service a few years ago and vowed never to use it again following the awful service I received being kept waiting at home and at the hospital.

However, I had no alternative but to request transport both last week and this morning. As a disabled person support such as this, helping me to get from A to B is so welcome! I was collected from home, on time by helpful, polite people and then returned home without having to wait for hours.

Thank you for making my hospital visits so much less stressful
