"Disgusted"

I was refereed here by my G.P, due to not being able to contact one service. I was able to see someone fairly quick, after the referral. It was the initial appointment that I was disgusted on how I was treated as an individual and how quickly I was rushed out of the service, and only being left with leaflets.

This was not the planned outcome of my appointment. As an NHS patient that works themselves in this sector of work, I am appalled to think this I how other's are being treated too.
