I was told to ring up to make an appointment by my walk in centre. I was put through to the fracture clinic where i was told quite bluntly that if i could not come in either today or tomorrow i couldnt be seen. The member of staff was rude and un helpful and failed to realise that people cannot just drop work on such short notice. I was also refused a weekend appointment.
