What could be improved
The pharmacy could be improved I had to wait for an hour to get my prescription and because the doctor had not entered the amount of the second dosage I have to go back to collect these, why couldnt the receptionist have rung the doctor to ask. I want to know why the prescription cannot be taken to any chemist avoiding the wait at the hospital.
