Today I attended a appointment at the foot and ankle clinic referred from another Dr at the hospital. In the past i have always been treated with respect and diginty.
The new Dr i saw today wanted me to do treatments that have already been done in the past so I question this. Their answer to me was "That if I wish to be treated by them I will do what they said. Surely they have a code of practice. I also attended the x-ray department and the staff there were moaning about this consultant.
I am very dissatisfied by the service I received today.
