I am so pleased that you found all of the staff to be helpful and caring, but in particular two staff members who you felt were amazing in the care given to you.

I am forwarding your feedback to Jade Mitchell, Ward Manager for AMU and to Neil Mallett, Matron for Acute Medicine, to ask them to ensure that your feedback is communicated to all of the Acute Medicine Team, and I am sure they will be delighted to do so.
