What I liked

It was my first visit to the Royal Blackburn Hospital, and I was very impressed.It was easy to find, had excellent parking facilities and all the staff from cleaners through to the Consultant, were kind and courteous.I was seen 10 minutes before my out patient appointment, and was very impressed with my consultation.The Doctor explained everything to me and gave ample opportunity for me to ask questions.I would have no hesitation in returning to this hospital, and cannot praise them enough.
