"Kind treatment in Ward 33"

About: Royal Lancaster Infirmary

My mother stayed in Ward 33 during the last three weeks of her life. I can honestly say she had excellent treatment and care. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I was very touched by their kindness. Her final illness and death were handled sensitively and I was confident her pain was managed well.

Many thanks for allowing my mother to die with peace and dignity.
