"Lack of basic care"

About: New Cross Hospital

I consider anyone who is placed in the care of New Cross Hospital to be extremely unfortunate. I will detail the errors in an official complaint, which sadly comprises six separate incidents. Whilst some individuals have been caring, a total lack of communication (and frankly common sense) amongst the team has turned a stressful admission into a nightmare. The only saving grace has been support from PALS, who are I assume well practised at dealing with a lack of basic care.
