What I liked
My father has just had a hip replacement and despite the operation being cancelled a few weeks ago, on this occasion he was thrilled with his treatment. All of the staff treated him exceptionally well.
What could be improved
Waiting about for things to happen. My father was told in the morning his catheter was to be removed but it wasn't taken out until 6pm.
Anything else?
Overall a satisfactory outcome.
