What I liked
Doctor's/staff were attentive and sympathetic to the needs of my Mother who was the patient.
What could be improved
All the areas of the hospital we visited were dirty. We saw piles of cigarette butts in the entrance areas and cob webs in the reception area, with respect not a welcoming start to any visit. in the A&E area floors were generally dirty and visible dust, hair and other small paper items were all over the corridors and treatment rooms. Overall very poor in terms of cleanliness.
Anything else?
having travelled all over the World to different medical facilities, I would rate the hospital very low in reference to basic good hygiene practices. First World care no doubt but third World hygiene.
