"Wonderful treatment"

I have just been discharged from West Suffolk today after having a 4 day stay and my gall bladder removed.

I was sent to hospital by my GP on Wednesday afternoon, A& E treated me promptly &politely the staff could not have been more helpful. I was sent to F6 surgical admissions & despite the ward being busy all the staff from nurses , to auxiliary staff were kind & helpful & welcoming, i was made pain free I was treated wonderfully. The surgeon came round next day and was extremely good and explained my options, they arranged tests, very quickly. The radiography department ran smoothly, again the staff were wonderful & answered all my questions. The surgeon devided it was best to get gall bladder removed and arranged with they colleague to do the operation. The team were excellent. I was transferred to F5 ward on the afternoon as beds were needed in F6, this was done with the minimum of fuss and again staff were welcoming & efficient.The anethiatist and theatre staff could not have been nicer to me when I was going for surgery as I was very nervous about going to sleep. Back on F5again I was looked after wonderfully till my discharge today. Wards were clean & bright. The food was tasty & appetising with a good selection. Every member of staff I had dealings with were helpful, polite & kind. The wards ran efficiently, I would have no problems recommending the hospital to family & friends.
