"The treatment was absolutely first class"

About: Birmingham Hospice – Erdington

(as a relative),

My wife was treated at the above address as she had cancer of the gall bladder as well as gall stones.

She had two stays there about 14 days in total.

The treatment she received was absolutely first class.

Every member of staff from the cleaners to the doctors were excellent always made time for my wife and visitors.

Nothing was too much trouble even the restaurant staff were very attentive.

Our Macmillan nurse Pippa was an angel always at the end of the phone or at our home a real god send. My wife died there with as much dignity as was possible.

I cannot speak highly enough about her treatment at the John Taylor Hospice.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us and for letting us know that we were able to support your wife and your family.

It's always good to hear such positive experiences of our care and I'll be sure to share it with staff.
