What I liked
I was treated with courtesy and respect by the doctors,nursing and ancillary staff on the Maxillo-Facial Unit. They introduced themselves, explained their role and what would happen next (and it did!).
What could be improved
I'm not sure that I remembered all the information given to me on discharge - a leaflet would have been useful to refer to after leaving hospital.
