My first experience of Guys urgent care centre was extremely positive, largely because I was seen within 15 minutes of arrival. In addition, the reception staff were friendly and efficient, the waiting area was pleasant and quiet. I saw a nurse who was extremely helpful giving me the advice I had sought on my problem, and a prescription in case it got worse.
