"my partner is still in"

I'm not happy with all the staff's treatment of my partner.she was put in h d u and one instance was she had loads of pain relief and it had to come of for a Mir which she agreed to find out what's wrong.she waited 45 minutes after for a porter to take her back to h d u.in that time the staff nurse with her never spoke to her at all not one word. The same staff nurse turned her drip off for her potassium and forgot about it but that's why she was on the ward. Also they lied and said my partner was getting medication we later found out she wasn't. I just want my partner out of there but well of course.my partner doesn't deserve to be treated the way she has been.she's been in since the 13th August and still same as she went in.I'm really not happy and want her out of there.
