"Excellent care"

My dear father in law sadly died this morning. For the last few weeks he has been in Bluebell Ward on end of life care. We could not fault the care he has received on this ward. Every member of staff has been so kind and caring. Every time we have asked for information, if the person we spoke to was unable to help, within a few minutes they had found someone who could help and our questions were answered. Every member of staff on the ward knew dad by name giving us confidence they cared for him. In the last minutes of his life, they were phoning us to come in, but sadly dad died as the nurse was on the phone. Even at the last there was someone with him. We cannot speak highly enough of every member of staff and the high level of care on this ward. With very grateful thanks from the whole family.
