"Quick and First Class Care"

About: The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (King's Lynn)

On both recent visits to the hospital Eye Clinic, I was impressed with the level of service I received. Initially, I was given an eye examination and asked to return within a fortnight. Yesterday, on my return, it was found that there was a slight tear in the retina, which had not been visible on my first visit. The staff immediately made the necessary preparations to give me lazer treatment, although their planned lazer session was finished for the day. I had the attention of two senior ophthalmic in doctors and a nurse, and at all times felt secure in the knowledge that I was in good hands. I will return in 6 weeks for the next follow-up session, and have every confidence that all will be well. Nothing but praise from my husband and me for the high level of care given here.
