"Sigmoidoscopy"

I visited the hospital for this procedure feeling extremely nervous, but I can honestly say that all of the staff 'without exception' treated me so well, dignity was maintained throughout. Everything was explained, and the team who performed the procedure were excellent.

The care was professional, but also the situation lightened by humour, which I appreciated very much. Thank you.
