"I could not have been in better hands"

About: Crawley Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I have recently had shoulder surgery at Crawley hospital. I am not a man of many words but I have to say that despite it being a time of pain and suffering, the staff and I mean all of them who had dealings with me were brilliant and I could not have been in better hands. All were kind, understanding, professional and showed me courtesy and dignity at all time. They all did in my eyes things that made me admire them and their actions so they have my respect.

Dear Benk

It's good to read that you that you felt you couldn't have been in better hands when you had recent surgery at Crawley Hospital. I'm sure the staff will be delighted to read such kind words and I will ensure that they are shared with them

Regards

Ian
