"update to a previous post"

well the story goes on. eventually i had my operation on 13th April. at my 6 week review i was made to wait until they found my patient records as they hadnt been dug out for my appointment.. was told all fine make an appointment for 8 weeks time. my appointment should of been around the end of July for my 3 month review. im still waiting for the appointment have phoned 2 times now n asked but told it will be in post soon. i have phoned and left a message for the person who reviewed my last comments on here left my number for them to contact me but 1 week on still no phone call. the staff at this hospital are great but the service very very poor.
