"Care for my dying Mother"

I write to thank you all, most sincerely, for looking after my Mother during the last few weeks of her life. She died in Room number 4 in the Grange Ward on 16th July 2015.

You have one of the most challenging jobs that exist (and should be paid accordingly, of course!). I visited most days and witnessed staff going “the extra mile” time and time again.

You made my Mother’s death comfortable and peaceful, and that is a great comfort to all family and friends who loved her.

Thank you to the member of staff who broke the news to me, so carefully, and looked after us shortly after.
