About: Good Hope Hospital

I would like to thank all the staff on ward 12 for their ongoing support, I collapsed on their ward and they acted fast efficient and amazingly caring. What I will forever be thankful for is that they ensured that my dignity and privacy was maintained .

they could not do enough to help and was always courteous to my self and other patients.

Good Hope should be grateful for having such an amazing and caring team from doctors to domestics, you all deserve a gold star in fact 5 gold stars *****

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent experience on Ward 12 at Good Hope Hospital.

I am sorry that you were taken unwell and collapsed, but am so pleased to read that the staff acted quickly in getting you the help that you needed to recover, whilst maintaining your privacy and dignity and ensuring that you felt cared for at all times.

I will ensure that your feedback is forwarded Neil Mallett, Matron for Ward 12 who will ensure that your lovely comments are highlighted to all of the team on the ward.

I hope this is acceptable and I do hope that you are feeling much better.
