(as a service user),

I’ve been coming to the day centre for 6 or 7 years and come twice a week. I love it, I just love coming here. The girls are great, the company is great, it’s such a good atmosphere. Even the drivers that bring us on the bus, everyone here is just wonderful. Margaret, the manager, is great, she treats everyone the same.

The food is not always the best, it’s not always good but I know it’s not made here.

The activities are quite good, , we can have a laugh. We sometimes go a run in the bus or go for a meal or to the garden centre. It’s good to get out on the bus.

The day centre is perfect, I love it!

It is always a positive thing for us to hear stories of satisfaction from the people we support and I am delighted that you are enjoying the service that you attend.

I will make a point of passing on your comments to Margaret and her staff and I also highlight the points made about catering to my colleague who manages that service.
